The complex is located in the business zone A12 Brandekensweg-Molenberglei in Schelle, along the Brussels-Antwerp axis, at one of the most central locations in Belgium/Benelux. Antwerp is less than 10 km from the business complex. The distance to the Brussels Ring Road (RO) is 25km.

The building is a set of highly representative, modular and quietly located offices (possibly furnished).

The warehouse has a separate workshop with HVCA, a night safe with sas and a separate office for warehousemen.

Access control is in place. Access to the site is secured with automatic gates, which can only be opened in the evening and at weekends with the personalised badges (access control). Camera surveillance is provided.

Parking facilities are amply provided.

There are charging facilities for plug-in hybrid and electric vehicles.
