Montoyerstraat 63

This building will complete demolition and reconstruction after 6052 m ²   include state-of-the-art office space. Montoyer 63 is located in the Brussels Leopold district (CBD) in the middle of the European institutions where still prevails scarcity of new qualitative office buildings. The building permit was issued in early 2016 and the objective is to have a BREEAM & lsquo for this building; excellent ’ to become. The demolition will commence in Q1 2017 and its completion is planned for the second quarter of 2018.  
 
Upon completion, the European Parliament introduced it in the context of a usufruct contract for a fixed term of 21 years.
