The exclusive stunning office complex called ' Castle Singelenberg ', a reference to the castle where in 1585 was signed the surrender of the city of Antwerp is located in the Antwerp port area in the northern part of the so-called Bayer Plain in the Waaslandhaven. The Bayer Stretch is the area enclosed between the R2, the Scheldt and the Kallosluis in Kallo, part of Beveren.
