The Arts & Lux building was erected in 1977. AG Insurance bought it in 1979. Some prominent guests included the embassies of Japan and Finland, the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking
The building was recently renovated. Only the shell remained intact. The facades, installations and finishes were replaced.
The renovated building meets the latest requirements for quality buildings and contemporary architecture. The stone façade was optimized with a thoughtful light. The entrance hall has been enlarged and completely re-designed.
The common areas were refurbished. The office areas are equipped with raised floors and reversible radiant ceiling (heating and cooling). Thanks to the application of the principles on sustainable building, this building environmentally friendly features and low power consumption. The building will be certified by BREEAM.
Arts & Lux comprises 17,000 m2 of office space 7 on upper floors. On the ground floor are mainly commercial properties.
